Saturday Morning Group Rides Three Groups ( Free Coffee this Saturday)

Group 1 – 6:30am - Moderate/Fast - Universe Loop - 50km ~28-30kph
General Info: This group will consist of a range of capabilities from moderate to high
fitness. The group will ride as one group for the first 30km to the Greater Western Highway
at a moderate pace and then split into two groups (moderate and fast) for the 20km return
to Parramatta, rolling turns down the highway.
Times: 
● Start: 6:30am
● Est Finish: 8:10am

● Start: PETBARN 561 - 565 Church Street, North Parramatta opposite By Street.

General Info: A moderately paced ‘no drop’ group ride with varying routes through western
and northern Sydney.

● Est Finish: 10:30am

● Start and Finish: Traffic lights on Windsor Rd, Baulkham Hills at the M2 overpass.

Womens Rides Organised training rides for women once a Month

Parramatta cycling club are starting a specific women’s group ride monthly in Parramatta Park. The aim of the ride is to encourage women to start riding in a safe, supportive and friendly environment allowing them to build their skills and confidence.
What do you need to bring? A road or mountain bike ready to ride! So make sure your tyres are pumped up! We will check your bike before you start for safety and help you with your riding position if needed.

The group will be led by an experienced female cyclist who will advise you on basic riding skills, how to ride in a group and cycling etiquette.
