Presidents welcome & report

Paul noted this was the 59th PCC AGM
Thanks to the members staying with the club through covid
Paul thanked all our sponsors: Lexus of Parramatta, Luminar, Velocipede, Blacktown Dental, Mongrel Joes.
Paul was proud to announce that we are finalizing negotiations with Club Parramatta to become a Platinum sponsor
Paul thanked all the committee members

Events- Inclusive Weekly Ride Schedule – Wednesday @ Merrylands, Easter Ride, Spring trip away, Christmas ride Christmas social event
Racing – Oakville race calendar, racing financial support package – First Oakvill race entry is free 50% reimbursement of all club event registrations, including grandfondos if in club kit. 100% reimbursement of all entry and reasonable trave costs to opens, state & national events
Junior support – reimburse all auscycling fees and provide free kit to all U23’s Encourage participation at Wednesday Merrylands sessions for juniors
New member support – New member support welcome package
New sponsorship – Club Parramatta
New Facilities – Merrylands resurfacing

We are regrettably farewelling several of our valued sponsors this year and thank them for their years of support - Blacktown Dental, Mongrel Joes, Velocipede
PG proposed we offer ½ price jersey to all members to that we get new jerseys into the peloton – all agreed
Proposed to promote the club not charge racing fees at Oakville for Juniors up to U23. Other payments to be clarified & published – all agreed
We should advertise through Club Parramatta & the CHRG network – all agreed
Sent promotion material to Parramatta City Council – all agreed
Send newsletters to schools around Parramatta & Merrylands in coordination with Chris Moutter – all agreed
Farid suggested we get onto Instagram – Bob said can be done
Need new sign for Merrylands Oval with 2022 sponsors – all agreed
Confirm race officials, commissaires (R Peek, I Hood, A Docking), corner marshals ( N Ramsay, A & S Cooper, F Ceccato C McGarrity), first aid,
Need another 1 or 2 corner marshals
Run First aid course the following wanted to attend: A Cooper, S Jones, M Crapp, P Gates refresher, M Ellis, F Bhulyan
