6.45am roll out, 7am roll past Dry Cleaners Old Northern Road turning down Castle Hill Rd to Pennant Hills Rd.
Passing through St Ives at approximately 7.35am.
Akuna Bay re group top of climb.
West Head with Mandatory photo stop.
Re group top of climb at Mona Vale Road.
St Ives coffee stop 10am
North Rocks Road and Windsor Road 11.10am
Approximately 110 k, 1,800 metres climbing.
