CHRG is proud to invite you and your members to our first free “Let’s Talk” event, a new community initiative focused on open conversations and practical learning around topics that truly matter.
Let’s Talk Episode 1: Mental Health

- Mental health in Australia
- Prevention and early intervention strategies
- How to recognise signs and offer support
- Effective communication and self-care tools
