Over the last couple of days, you should have received a membership expiry email. However, we note you have already purchased a new membership for 2020 and therefore you can disregard this expiry email.
The expiry email was based on your old membership that was previously purchased on STG and imported into our new system - TidyHQ. Unfortunately, this expiry notice is a legacy issue with the transition to our new system.
We apologise for any confusion and inconvenience this expiry email may have caused.
If you would like to check your membership status, please log on to TidyHQ and under the membership tab, you will be able to see your active and/or expired memberships.

Please note membership cards will begin printing in early January and we expect you should start receiving them in February. If you have any races prior to this please provide your payment receipt as proof of membership.
